Error DCE 7.8 Bad gateway

I'm trying to acces to a Netbotz 250 from a DCE 7.8 with protocol 443, and i receive a message error BAD GATEWAY.

Netbotz has available port 443 and DCE config proxy private tlsV1.1

How can sove that issue?

Hi @masolans,

I recommend making sure that the NetBotz 250 firmware and the Data Center Expert software are both running the most recent versions.  If you do not have access to DCE updates, you can reach out to technical support to verify software support contracts and obtain access to the upgrade links.

If you still experience an issue after upgrading, please reach out to technical support to investigate further.
