Hi Kelvin,
Certs have dates that eventually expire. This can happen with the self signed cert but more often will happen with certs that have been imported. If your DCE server has a cert that has been imported, you'll need to import a new one. If it is a self signed cert, simply create a new one.
To do either of these, you would use the DCE consile, log in as an administrator, and go to the system->server administration settings->server access menu.
Here, you may be able to delete a signed cert or modify a cert. If you hit modify, here's where you can create a new self signed cert, import a cert, or create a cert signing request.
