Remove or transfer device from dashboard

Good day,

We have over 20 devices in our dashboard belonging to many of our various customers that we manage.

Is it possible to remove or transfer UPS's from our dashboard to another company for them to manage, and how do you accomplish?

The devices are using a Standard subscription Plan.

Hi @ciracom : could you be more specific about the dashboard, which software are you referring to? It will help us route your question to the most appropriate forum.

Was referring to the Dashboard at smartconnect.apc.com

After contacting Tech Support, semi easy resolution. Just delete the APC units from the dashboard.

The new company then needs to add the devices to theirs or create a new account and add them.

They will need Serial number, product key and product id.
