Rack Monitoring 550 Error!

Hello all,
I'm getting the mentioned-below error on NetBotz Rack Monitoring 550. I have never used one before and was wondering if anyone knew how to change where it is saving its data.

Description;

• The system was configured to use an add-on or network drive for storing captured data, but the drive was unable to be found or initialized.
• Captured data is being stored in RAM.

Alert Type;

• Drive Not Found Severity
• Failure Alert Level
• First Alert Level - repeat 2 Access information
• d Pod
• NetBotz Rack Monitor 550

Any advice will be very appreciated...
