Portal v1.3.2 over RHEL6

I've installed Portal v1.3.2 over a RHEL6 server and when I access to the Portal with serverIP:8080, I cannot see the public pages as I can see with older version, it appears a signin screen to login.

Attached you can find a screenshot.

How can I see the public pages without login?

Regards,

Enric

Hi Enric

I have bean looking into log files that you have provided, and I am not able to see any issues regarding startup, missing war files or anything regarding your issues.

I would suggest that you reinstall StruxureWare Portal by uninstalling it and install it again.

if you have done some customization of your StruxureWare Portal I would suggest that you take backup of database and data folder.

you can find guide on how to backup and restore StruxureWare Portal here: http://dcimsupport.apc.com/display/public/Portal/StruxureWare+Portal+backup+and+restore

otherwise you can just uninstall it and install it again.

Please let us know if you have any issues.

Regards,

/Elvedin
