PROBLEM EMERSON GXT3 IN DCE AND DCO

Hi team,

I have 2 EMERSON GXT3-3000RT230 UPS with the same firmware version. One of them DCE SNMP device and in DCO does not show sensors.

Any recommendation?

Hi Manuel,

Apparently either due to hardware and/or DDF related issues the device (problem UPS) is unable to report sensor data (such Power info) to DCE. DCO gets the device sensor data from DCE, and if not reported currently then obviously DCO won't be able to show data.
