PME Vista Background image not showing

I had an issue in PME 8.1 where my background image was showing in vista but not in webreach diagrams. The PME knowledge base only mentioned the file name shouldn't have any special characters. I tried that and it did not fix my issue. So I tried something else and I hope this tip helps others.

The image you want to use for the background needs to be in the following folder:

/Power Monitoring Expert/config/diagrams/images/Equipment_Diagrams/Backgrounds

It may only have to be as deep as the 'images' folder however I like to organize my images and the equipment diagrams/backgrounds seems like the best place for me.
