NetBotz Smoke Detector Out of Sensitivity
Just fitted 2x brand new NetBotz Smoke Detectors. They're both showing as OK and "No Smoke" on the NetBotz system (one is connected to a NB 250 and the other a NB 150 Sensor Pod).
However, one is blinking the red light (only) every 5 seconds. According to the install manual this simply means it is out of sensitivity. The other one is blinking the green light every 5 seconds, which means all good.
I can't find anything anywhere about this "out of sensitivity" - Any ideas? I've swapped the smoke heads around and it follows the head - so it's not the wiring etc.
Is it faulty? I have ordered a smoke detector test spray here next week to see if it detects anything, but even then, with something as important as a smoke detector it should be 100%? Can I rely on it, even if the smoke spray test works?
Appreciate some comments/feedback on this. Thanks.
