Liferay Setup

Hello, I'm Aimée, a beginner in using liferay, and for a few days I've been having trouble configuring the roles. Let me explain !
I created objects in my admin area that I exposed on my pages but unfortunately all users are able to see everyone and anyone's records. I told myself that I needed to create a reality between my object and the users table but instead of solving my problem it simply added a relationship type field that I can't even delete. I would like to put rules at the level of certain objects so that each user only sees their records and another who can see everything but also who can validate these requests, this is a bit the situation in which I am and I ask for your help. Are you using StruxureWare Portal?  I believe that this is the only product that we had (now decommissioned) that used Liferay.  If you are using Liferay for a non-Schneider Electric product, the Liferay Help Center may better suited to host your question: https://help.liferay.com/hc/en-us
