Issue with NetBotz Rack Monitor 250

First Video:

• Firmware was downgraded from 7.0.8 to 6.5.6.
• Locks (Handle 1, Door Switch 1, Handle 2, Door Switch 2) were connected and appear on the web interface.
• However, they are not working, and a hardware failure error is displayed under the "Rack Access" column.

All other sensor ports are functioning properly, except for the door sensors
