ITA - Adding Room Equipment
Hi Team
I wish to add Wall Mounted Indoor Air Conditioning Units inside a Server Room on ITA v9.x.x. However the issue I am having is mounting them such that they are not on the floor. How can I change the height from the Floor so that on the 3D model they can show to be mounted on the wall but a couple of meters from the Floor.

Hi Tafadzwa,
Unfortunately that is not supported - for the time being it is not supported to model wall mounted equipment. As a sort of work-around you might want to use a floor mounted cooling unit (and make a note in its Properties that the equipment is wall-mounted). Or perhaps use a couple of Vertical Grilles (one for "Airflow direction: Into the room" and one for "Airflow direction: Out of the room", this is to balance the airflow), they are wall-mounted items.
