Hi Carsten,
In general, if you are unable to find your device in the Genome Library, then I would suggest:
- post a request here: http://sxwhelpcenter.ecostruxureit.com/devices, so the Device Support team can capture the request and create/add the item for the next Genome update.
- as a work-around, for the time being you might want to find a similar device (from the Genome Library), and then customize it in your Genomes (most common changes/customization, additional to its General description, could be device physical & power settings). Double-click/right-click on the device > Properties and then enter your data:
