How to connect sensor data to ITA cloud base?

Hi Team ,

If customer using ITA cloud base version , how to connect temperature sensor to 3D map ? Is it sent via DCE or IT gateway?

Hi Billy,

Hosted ITA can only be integrated with ITE (as external system), eg not directly with EcoStruxure IT Gateway but with EcoStruxure IT Expert (ITE).
