Hello all,
I've got a number of Netbotz monitors - mostly 750s - in various countries.
The email alerts all have a generic subject so the email gets bundled into threads and we sometimes miss an alarm's source.
Is there a way to edit the subject text to put the site or the monitor hostname in there?

Hi @Hogg,
There is no option to modify the subject for NetBotz 750 email alerts. You might want to try filtering by the hostname or identifier part of the email.

Hey there @JLehr ,
Thanks for that. The issue for me is that I was only provided one SendAs email for the various devices to share.
We do filter the emails but it ends up with a huge long email thread for each severity of alert, with emails from all the different monitors muddled together and potentially missed.
I think the issue would be best fixed with individual email accounts but it's probably not going to happen.
Thanks again.
