I need to know the "time delay" for "alarm posting" in the "EAA IT" platform once they are generated in the equipment (UPS, inROW, PDU....) itself. That is to say, when an alarm is generated in a UPS (for instance), the "IT Gateway" has some programmed delay to post it in the "EAA-IT Platform"?
