Hi, there is a workaround for this problem. Please go to
Device – SNMP device….. – Device file transfer settings and add there additional "file transfer settings": with correct username, password and specific address IP for RC unit. Make sure that you will choose protocol: FTP Only
After please do usual "request device scan".
It helped me with 2 customer in last 2 weeks.
