DCO 7.5, remote user cannot login, local user =readonly

Hi team, I have the following issue at a customer site:

• DCO version is 7.5
• AD users are not able to login, because of changes in AD
• The only local user we have  is able to login BUT this is just a read-only user so this user is not able to make any changes

How can we change the permission of this read-only user ?

FYI, we are able to login into the Linux command line

PS. you might wan to advise the customer to upgrade to the latest version (currently 8.0.3) it is really great!
