Hi Ahmad,
I would suggest to check/verify:
a) if there is enough free disc space (at least 10 GB) on the server
b) carefully reading the upgrade instructions: http://dcimsupport.apc.com/display/public/UAOp74/Upgrading+to+StruxureWare+Data+Center+Operation+7.5
c) make sure that the upgrade file is not "damaged", (StruxureWareDataCenterOperation-Upgrade-7.5.0.tgz, file size: 2.054.290 KB), if needed re-download the file and try again.
d) try uploading the file to the server and then start the upgrade (if the upgrade file is not located on the server).
