There's question from customer about if our DCE and ITA On prem workable with SAN (Storage Area Network)) storage type.

Hello. DCE and ITA should would with any storage type as long as the servers on which they are deployed meet the system requirements for a DCE or ITA server. DCE running as a virtual machine requires VMware or Hyper-V. As long as your storage is compatible with those platforms, then whether its local or SAN storage does not matter. Both DCE and ITA do assume any storage provisioned to their servers is "responsive" meaning the storage does not have high latency (which is rare with modern technology).
