DCE - SNMP Trap event log file

Hi,

Are sent DCE SNMP Traps recorded in a log file?

If so where is this located as I have been unable to locate it myself.

My intention is to use this log file to pass information on the SNMP Traps to Splunk.

Hi @Anonymous user,

I know it has been some time since this post was created, but wanted to get a response out there in case others come across a similar question/issue.

When DCE receives an alarm it processes the alarm actions via the notification policy setup, and via the NMS System Integration, but it does not have a log of each trap action the server has taken.
