Hi We have added a SSL Certificate the server accepts it but when reboots the web server fails to start if we look at the console it complains about SSLProxyCipherSuite we followed the FAQ regarding inserting a certificate chain???

Hi Mike,
You're going to have to contact your local tech support directly. If the cert has caused DCE to become inaccessible, support will have to do a remote session with you to straighten that out. Once done, they can work with you on how to get your cert working.

Hi Steve,
Thanks for this we managed to roll back and all working now but using the self generating certificate. is this a know issue if so is there a work around or further instructions regarding this issue? as i stated we followed the FAQ on applying a new certificate but still didn't work
