I have a some generators that i want to monitor using DC Expert, i installed Deep Sea Controllers, DSE 7320 with Modbus capability, i also installed TSXETG100POE gateway to convert Modbus to TCP/IP. I can see the gateway on DC Expert, but i can't read meaningful values from there.
I would appreciate some help

Dear James,
In order for you to see the Modbus device values in DCE, you need to upload the Modbus DDF files. To receive the Modbus DDF files, please send an email to Multivendorsupport@schneider-electric.com or multivendorsupport@apc.com
You will need to fill in the request form(it will be shared by multivendorsupport team) with all the required details so that they can create the DDF file and send it across to you.
To import:
Main menu->Device->Modbus Device Communication Settings->Device Definition Files->Add/Update Definitions

I hope this helps.
regards,
Bala
