Cooling view issues explanation

Dear colleagues. 

There cooling view issues explanation can be found? 

For now I have an issue "System cannot compute: the system could not resolve temperatures? "

But there are at least one temp/humidity sensor in each rack populated from DCE and associated with model using "unassociated device" tab.

Hey Nick, I suspect you need to add a CRAC before the software can calculate the cooling plane.

However you will see actual measurements above each rack from your sensors.

Hi Nick, have your CRAC units got their delivery and return temps populated in the DCO software?  If so, I have no idea why your temperature plane cannot be calculated and will have to defer to a superior user / expert.

Dear Allan. My layout is attached below. For now all temps are set statically in CRAC properties. What do you specifically mean when you're talking about population? Is it about ETL?

Nick, what I meant was have you entered the temp / airflow information in your CRAC properties like this. If you have then I am not sure what is going on and I hope someone comes along who can assist.
