Hi Owen,

StruxureWare DCE is capable of integrating any 3rd party device that are able to be monitored via SNMPv1, SNMPv3, and Modbus TCP/IP. What you need is a DDF to be imported into DCE. You will need to contact multivendorsupport@apc.com to retrieve this DDF. If they do not have the particular DDF in question, you will need to send in an SNMPWalk or Modbus register map depending on the protocol you are monitoring the unit with, information on the device, (FW, make, model)  the MIB etc and they can create one for you.
