Backing up Struxureware Portal - dbpassword required

Hi, we are trying to back up struxureware portal but a password is required to connect to the database. Please could you advise?

Hi Bruce 

Password can be found in file portal-ext.properties witch is located under \StruxureWare Portal\tomcat-7.0.27\webapps\ROOT\WEB-INF\classes\portal-ext.properties.

under database settings and property name is jdbc.default.password.
