Hi so my I forgot the password, so my account was deactivated, the try to send an activation invitation again but it says the user already exist how do I proceed.

Hi @Mbuyelo,

Did you try to reset your password using the Don't remember your password? link on the login page?

If you have and were not successful, I suggest that you request support.

If you haven't:

After you enter your email address on the login page, click Next and then click Don't remember your password?

Make sure the email address is the one you used to register your EcoStruxure IT account.

Click Continue.

You will receive an email with instructions for how to reset your password.

managed to change the password my other issue is this I was using an app to authenticate but now i lost the device also the code how to I solve this.
