EcoStruxure IT Entitlements replaced the DCIM Assets portal in December, 2021. |
Existing DCIM Assets users received an email invitation to register on EcoStruxure IT Entitlements.
New users: Once you have purchased your software license(s), you will receive an email from EcoStruxure IT Entitlements. Follow the instructions in the email to register on the site.
To redeem one or more software licenses:
- Go to EcoStruxure IT Entitlements and log in.
- Go to Base assets from the Home page or My assets > Base assets.
- In the list, click the asset where you want to redeem the license.
- Check the licenses you want to redeem.
- Click Redeem software.
