kick off when clic in a mimic

Hi, a newbie here, I hope to learn a lot from you. My first question is that I have a mimic that for a short time and only on a server (license) if I click on it, it takes me out of the xview program, I do not know why it happens and I have not found documentation to fix the bug, can you help me?

Do you mean ViewX is crashing or is it closing cleanly?

If it is crashing you sould see dmp files in your log folder (default in C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric\ClearSCADA\Logs) that you should discuss with support (we can't help debug exceptions here, no access to the symbols).

If it is closing cleanly you might need to look at what you're clicking on. There are ways to close ViewX by clicking on a mimic.

Hello, thanks for the answer, the whole program closes cleanly, it only happens to me with a mimic, and on that server, I can't understand why. I will check the logs to see, but I don't think it is the problem. Thanks for your answer, it helps a lot to have this community to share problems.
