The last driver log file will provide information on why and when the driver stopped (shutdown, crash etc.)
If the driver stopping was unexpected (e.g. it crashed) then this should be reported to customer support or if its a custom driver then to whoever developed the driver. They will want driver logs and if it crashed the dump file.
