Hello,
All outstation suddenly appeared offline then a message was pop up as shown in the figure up.
Could it be possible that caused by some failure at specific outstation to set the driver offline? or Could it be another situation?
Appreciate any help

This error message simply means the driver associated with the object isn't running. You can check this simply using the Server Status tool, where you can also start and stop drivers:

The last driver log file will provide information on why and when the driver stopped (shutdown, crash etc.)
If the driver stopping was unexpected (e.g. it crashed) then this should be reported to customer support or if its a custom driver then to whoever developed the driver. They will want driver logs and if it crashed the dump file.
