advanced opc server

Good afternoon all, hopefully this is a easy fix question. On my current setup i have 2 geoscada 2020, one in standby and 2 kepware opc servers. I am attempting to add a third kepware but am having issues establishing a connection. All are on the same domain, using same service account. is there anything in the new kepware server i need to configure? Thanks

What version of Windows and patch level is the new server compared to the working two? Is it possible the new server has been updated with the update that secured DCOM more which required an update to the OPC drivers?
