Virtual ViewX - Website crash & multiple login needed

Dear all, have a god day

I been making some proves with Virtual viewX and came across the following issues:

1.- The web interface coming down some times. (Screen become Freeze or Black)

2.- Blank space at left. Showing not centered mimics

3.- when some one loged in, and pick on “display historic trend” of a point, we whant to do Zoom Out with the scroll but nothing happend. In adition, if you can see, din´t exist a "close" buttom at top

Fortunately all were solved by changing the session mode and allowing running third -party applications

But the next test step show that more thant one user can't be logged in. Every time than a Usser login, made logout the predecessor. Please if some one have a procedure (because didn't find/understand the information) i'll be very greatful

Please can you raise a ticket with the support team (contact details in Help | About).

They will need to know the OS version.

I wonder if you are trying to use Windows 10, 11 or Windows Server 2022?

Actually, i have a case reference #: 94998608 and the: 

SO is Windows Server 2022

GEO SCADA 2021 release Jul.2022

Virtual ViewX 3.0.4.102

Support will advise that VVX Server on Windows Server 2022 is not yet supported. (It's in the doc and on the Knowledgebase).

I hear it will be a couple of months before it could be supported for Geo SCADA 2021.
