Hi All,
Facing an issue with ViewX on an operator workstation that is connected to a GeoSCADA Server. I am using GeoSCADA 2021.
The viewX connection to the server is successful as I am able to view mimics, alarms, changing values from connected RTU etc. The problem is when i initiate a script library function that makes use of server objects and methods e.g. Server.GetOPCValue. this results in a "Security Alert" warning as shown in the attached picture. I have installed certificates which installed successfully but did not resolve the issue.
I have also followed a previous technical note with no luck.
Client connection settings, i have unchecked the boxes for client certificate validation as well.
If there are 10 buttons and each is linked to a script that uses a server function then the security alert popups up.
Note : Opening the same mimic from the viewx of the server does not result in the security alert showing up.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

The scripting system connects to the web server (IIS reverse proxy) so the technical note and client connection settings are not applicable in this case.
The error message is "The certificate you are viewing does not match the name of the site you are trying to view.". In IIS Manager check that the certificate and host name have matching details for the Geo SCADA reverse proxy website.
