Urgent Support Need for GEO SCADA Expert 2019 (Build 6.81.7268.1) & Crystal reports 2013 versions.

We are facing problem with Geo SCADA Expert 2019 & crystal reports where reports intermittently stop generating , go to a pending state after working for some days.

 

This happen periodically & we are unable to find root cause of the solution.

 

Reports generations becomes normal once GEO SCADA server is restarted.

 

I have attached log for Crsytal report Driver , there are several timeouts.

 

Anyone having similar issues ?

You should contact your local Tech Support office for any 'support' issues.  The Exchange community portal is definitely not for time-sensitive matters, and is only an 'at will' response from other people that are involved in Geo SCADA Expert work (i.e. system integrators, some end users, etc).

 

Have you looked in the Crystal Reports driver logs?

If there is an issue it would typically show up in the logs (if you haven't changed where they go... and you probably should have.. it would be C:\Program Data\Schneider Electric\ClearSCADA\Logs\Drivers\...)

 

You don't appear to have provided any in your message.

If the Crystal Reports driver itself is crashing, then you should be able to restart it from the Server Status tool.  This may help to get it running again without having to do a full Geo SCADA Expert restart.

 

It is probably worth having another Geo SCADA Expert server setup offline (using the Trial licence might suffice) and testing out the Crystal Reports that are causing the issue, just to confirm that you are able to execute them all correctly in another environment.

 

Do you have any anti-virus running on the server, and if so, have you followed the guidelines provided here:
