Unable to send group email that has more than 10 Recipients

Hello,

I'm trying to send my Crystal report out using SMTP connection, in the To section, i configured it with the User group and all the users that supposed to receive emails are configured with this user group

I was able to send out email if the user group has less than 10 user. If i try to send out report with the user group contain more than 10 users ( hence, 10 emails) then i get recipient Limit exceeded error. I checked on the SMTP server and it's not on their side. Is there any setting in Clearscada that limits how many emails can be sent out at one time.

The error messages shown in the event journal are coming from the "relay.producersot.net" email server, or a downstream server. They correspond to error codes 403 (large batches) and 429 (recipient limit exceeded).

The wording of these error messages exactly matches those used by "Mailgun", see https://github.com/mailgun/documentation/blob/master/source/api-sending.rst (bottom of page). Are you using this application?
