Smart terminal block ( Process bus)
Can some one help me with the architecture or a write up ( clearly showing components ) for connecting primary equipment in a 66 KV switchyard through smart terminal blocks placed in the switchyard ( obviously inside a IP55 or IP 65 enclosure ) to a BCU inside a control room located at 100 or 200 meters over a OFC network ensuring redundancy ?
Also if analog signals like transformer's OTI and WTI are to be taken to the control room , how to do it using smart terminal blocks

Your question doesn't sound related to Geo SCADA Expert.
The architecture itself is likely to depend on what devices you have and the device vendors preferred architectures.
However, I believe that this question is more suitable for a different forum than this one, which is specific to Geo SCADA Expert (aka ClearSCADA)
