Remote connect dtms error

Hello everyone!! I installed the new Remote connect software on my pc, but when I open it and select "create new project", a

message appears (attached image), I already update the catalog but the message persist.

I have the same issue. I've tried deleting "C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric\RemoteConnect\DTMCatalog" as suggested elsewhere on here, running RemoteConnect as an admin etc. My PC has internet access ok. If I update the catalog I see 100% flash up and a few files are created in the dir above but I don't see any equipment listed in the catalog explorer and if I try and create a project I receive an "dtms not found in the catalog" error. I'm running Windows 10.

I found a newer version of RemoteConnect, 3.0.5 (I was using 3.0.3 before). I've tried the new version but the issue remains as before.
