Power SCADA Operation & Advance Reporting Module

Hello Everyone ,
I am From India. I am here to asking dought. Currently I am Facing a Problem.
I did configure username & Password in power scada operation. & that same user name & password also configure in window system login page. I have to generate report in advance reporting module. for that process I am trying to config password in Application config utility. I did config same password with respect to power scada operation but in application config utility there is error generate which is " Unable to Connect".
I did on runtime manager during connection time.
but still that error occurs.

If any suggestion can help me pls reply me as soon as possible.
i am sharing 2 pics regarding error.

O Power Operation possui um usuario padrão:

Login: Developer

Senha: admin

ou tente logar com o usuário e senha do setup wizard

reinicie também o serviço (Schneider Electric CoreServiceHost)
