When power is lost on my M221, it requires a download... (program is lost).

I don't think its been a problem before (client's PLC that I don't have history with)...

I've recently increased the program size substantially due to a new control system / SCADA system.

Battery is fine as far as the PLC is concerned (%S75)
I've upgraded the firmware (1.12)

It doesn't have an SD card, but I understand that this is not required.

It works fine on a test bench M221.

Not sure how to solve the issue so that when the operators isolate the cabinet... they are not required to do a download.
