OPC UA Server

We are sending data from Hanwell EMS system to other SCADA system using OPC Expert. The data transfer from Hanwell to OPC expert is good but the data transfer from OPC expert to SCADA is not happening continuously. IT sends the data any time rather than every minute OR it just stops sending the data. But all the services are running but the data transfer of every minute is not happening.
