Hi Martin,
Do you know if there is a plan to add existing PDEV Jira tickets into this portal?
If not, that would be quite unfortunate, since there are already a large number of such feature requests within the Schneider/AVEVA systems, and I'm unsure how they would be reconciled if they are not added into the 'New Ideas Portal'.
For the Trio / SCADAPack products I believe there are also existing similar items [to the Jira PDEVs that Geo SCADA has] (although I haven't had as much information in regards to how those items have currently been captured).

Hi Bevan,
I can speak from a SCADAPack/Trio perspective in that this will be the first public portal for new ideas. As far as I know, there has not been a formal process of handling these items before and we're excited and hopeful that we will be able to connect directly with our user base.
I will need to leave the Geo SCADA Expert / AVEVA comments to a Geo SCADA Expert Expert, likely Steve Beadle.
Thanks for your comments!
M

Hi Martin and Bevan,
All of the ideas will be considered alongside any raised internally and through support queries. The latter type are the 'PDEV' items you refer to. We won't be adding those into this new forum, but they will continue to be used.

There are some hints to help you with the ideas forum:
a) Please search to check if your idea has been entered before. If so, please Like that idea and comment that you would be interested too.
b) If you have already requested your idea through the support channel previously, there is no need to add it here.
c) We are going to receive far more ideas than we could ever implement. Please respect that we are going to focus on product additions which will benefit the majority of users and will improve demand for Geo SCADA Expert.
d) There are no prizes for submitting the most!
Thank-you
Steve

d) is rather unfortunate! How are we supposed to compete for the high score when all we get is fake internet points?
Highest voted new idea of the month gets a Geo SCADA sippy cup/vinyl sticker/spoon. Caveat, they have to go to Coventry and pick it up themselves.

Is there any plan to add a radial chart in the future?
I think they go by several names: web/spider/radar plot/chart

There's an example of a spider/radial plot chart in the resource center.
