Yep mine too I just checked it on the June release.
I don't use that functionality though Since I like things to stay on grid and I set my grid to 1000 x 1000.

It's now Alt + Shift + arrow. I'm not 100% sure if it was there at release, if it doesn't work try the latest Update.

Jesse is right, it is now Alt + Shift + direction. This is because it was found during testing that Alt + Left, or Alt + Right were clashing with the keyboard shortcuts for navigating back and forth through open document history.

Thank you! Shift + ALt + Right (left, up, down) works!
I sometimes use it when creating a symbol with a 1000 x 1000 grid. total size is a multiple of 1000.
i tested them with 2017r2 september update
