JesseChamberlain: scada.support[at]schneider-electric.com is depreceated but should still get to the right place, can you PM me the subject of the email, your email address, and the approx time you sent it?
The current official address for ClearSCADA support in Australia is software.supportpz[at]schneider-electric.com (for the rest of the world use SupportTRSS[at]schneider-electric.com as previous).
