**_For a given point, Is there a script to change the Historic data of a particular timestamp to a new value with any other timestamp ? Ex. For a given Point, changing the 8:10:00 historic value to a new value with 8:30:00 timestamp?_**

Unfortunately, there's no way to directly do this. You could invalidate the old value or give it a lower qualilty, then add the new value separately.
