Just wanted to provide some tips on outgoing and incoming email settings. Here are the settings for use with a Office 365 shared mailbox.

Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Settings:

Server: smtp.office365.com
Port: 587
TLS Protocol: TLS 1.2
Account: user[at]domain.com
Password: userpassword

Incoming Mail (POP3/IMAP)

Mail Protocol: IMAP
Server: outlook.office365.com
Port: 993
TLS Protocol: TLS 1.2
Account: user[at]domain.com\\sharedmailbox
Password: userpassword
