Can you please tell me how I can interpret this alarm?

Every time I acknowledge this alarm, the server crashes. I am unable to delete the template instance as this crashes the server.

Hello,

Have a look In: Server Configuration Database Configuration Severities

You have to define the same serverities used in your points as configured on your database projects.

[at]yasinnajib I'd recommend that you raise this with your local Technical Support contact. They would be in the best position to assist with this.

I'm intrigued however, I'm not sure I've seen this 'State Alarm' before. And the Alarm State is Normal, so there doesn't appear to be an alarm on this object.
Can you please show an image of the alarm from the alarm banner?

Have you looked through the ClearSCADA log file to identify anything else about the exception?

I've gone through the log file and sent it to Schneider as well.
They suggested the same fixes you and Omar have suggested. In the end, they agreed to remotely connect and check the error by themselves.
I'll post the prognosis, whatever it may be.

Can you post a screenshot of your Server Configuration - Database Configuration - Point State Alarms. Curious if anything is enabled there, I doubt it but may aswell check.

1,811,964,416 doesn't seem 'interesting'. If its some overflow then its a big one, hex is 0x6C006200 which just seems oddly convenient. The string 'lb' perhaps.

Your screenshot shows what I assume are metadata fields you've added ("String that represents the formatted value and quality"). How is that field manipulated? Assuming logic could it be writing to a property it shouldn't be able to (would be a ClearSCADA bug if so).

Maybe also, from the database bar right click and Locate in OPC Explorer, that should highlight the object in the OPC Explorer. Right click and choose Display Values and see if there is anything odd in there (or include a screenshot here). That field could be manipulates by the OPC-DA source (I'm not sure off the top of my head if that is one of the fields that is) and perhaps its dodgy data from the OPC source?
