Import Rainfall Data into Geo SCADA database Query
Hi Everyone!
I wish to import rainfall data (from another database) into Geo SCADA and integrate it with existing mimics / structured text etc. to manage Wet Well Alarms.
I'm reaching out for ideas on how to do this - I would imagine I would need to set up an ODBC connection to the rainfall data database and import this data into a table within Geo SCADA.
Looking for ideas or suggestions that may help - or instructions from anyone who has done something similar before.
Thank you all in advance - any help would be greatly appreciated!

Depends what you want to do with that data. Do you just want a table? If you want alarms then you'll need points for each 'cell' or 'square'. Maybe you want to show map symbols, so you'll need the table to include co-ordinates, or the points need co-ordinates.
