To whom it may concern:
I need to update my Geo SCADA software as my IT department is wanting to upgrade the server operating systems. I logged into the Geo SCADA knowledge center, but everytime I attempt to download the ISO, I get this "Confirm your company details" series of pages. When I click on confirm after completing the forms, I get a message that I am not authorized to update company information and I can go no further to download the ISO.
Help!!!

I believe your account had a data quality issue in SE database. It has been fixed, so you should be able to use that account to get downloads. Please advise if there is still a problem.

Hi @Jesterz , this is an open forum, so everyone can see the image that you have posted.
I would recommend removing that image, and contacting your local Schneider representative to get the access to the GeoSCADA Download ISO sorted out.
This is a community forum (for users of the software). If you wanted direct contact to Schneider, there are better ways for that (i.e. through your local support contact).

Hi, I'm Steve (moderating the forum).
I deleted the image from your posting.
I will ask colleagues how to do this for your profile.
In the mean time, please create a new account which is not linked to a company (you may need a different email address), then you can download the software.
