Hello there,
Our client, updated to the latest version of geo scada {may 2022}. Since that, their operators ViewX freezed as shown in below figure for while then get back to work normally.
what could be the cause? how to prevent it?
Is there performance issues related to the latest update of it?

This sounds like an issue that you should raise with your local Schneider Tech Support.
You would obviously need to provide them with ViewX Logs, and likely logs from your DBServer also.

The support team would also need to know the environmental details such as the database(s) and LAN/WAN used to connect to them, and whether specific actions appear to cause this (e.g. displaying a mimic for a WAN-connected system or non-connected system).
