Export report request failed @GEO SCADA Expert 2022

Hello everyone,

Our client, recently upgraded to GEO SCADA Expert 2022 from 2021

but the system was failed in exporting any crystal report

Export report request failed - Failed to export report, Could not load file or assembly 
'System.Runtime.CompilerServices.Unsafe, Version=4.0.4.1, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' 
or one of its dependencies. ... (11/04/2023 07:30:00)

what does this mean? how can we resolve that?
