Hello All,
I am getting the following error recently when trying to export a report in GeoSCADA.
"Export report error request failed. Failed to export report, 5.3.3 Unrecognized command."
Note: Configurations have not been changed, and it only affected this report recently. Other reports still work just fine.
What could be the cause and solution to this issue?
Thank you.

I presume you're exporting a Crystal Report. I would expect the event message to be formatted slightly differently:
"Export report request failed - Failed to export report, <error> (<time>)"
I also presume you're exporting to an email destination. The "5.3.3 Unrecognized command" error is coming from your mail server (probably Microsoft Exchange). A search shows lots of information about this error:

Thank you @AndrewScott for the response. That is correct, I was trying to export to an email destination. The odd thing is that it only affected this one report. I have other reports that worked just fine. There was no configuration changes since the error occurred.
